The Carpenter CTS-BD1 stainless steel is corrosion resistant and holds an edge well. The blade is deployed via an ambidextrous cutout, which allows for quick one-handed deployment. Another benefit of the cutout is that it allows for the blade to sit deeper in the body, making for a more compact carry.
It features G10 scales along with a steel liner-lock. The G10 scales provide for a rock-solid grip, while the steel liner-lock is robust, sure and secure. The fit and finish, as expected from The James Brand, is exceptional. Everything is carefully attended to and beautifully crafted.
