As a full-time soldier, currently serving with the Texas Army National Guard, Tracy grew up on a farm and spent every spare moment hunting, trapping, and fishing. Leveraging his lifelong obsession, Tracy honed his craft alongside veteran knife makers like Luke Swenson, Jared Oser, and Enrique Pena among others – and the rest is history.
Built for modern-day demands, the blade and spring on the Tracy LaRock Knives Ethan Jack are made from "Spicy White" Uddeholm 26C3 steel, which is not only tough as nails but also features a gorgeous wave pattern, reminiscent of the Hamon pattern on samurai blades.
The clean and uncluttered handles are chamfered for extra comfort in the hand and feature lightweight orange G10 scales for enhanced grip, traction, and durability. Custom black stainless steel screws and your choice of mill relieved brass or steel liners complete this one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
