Tracy lives and breathes knives. As a full-time soldier serving with the Texas Army National Guard, Tracy grew up on a farm and spent every spare moment hunting, trapping, and fishing. Leveraging his lifelong obsession, Tracy honed his craft alongside veteran knife makers like Luke Swenson, Jared Oeser, and Enrique Pena among others – and the rest is history.
Putting his own unique spin on things, his Timberjack pattern is a stunning EDC folder that combines the classic lines and old-world charm of a slip joint, with modern materials, appointments, and styling.
Built for modern-day demands, the blade and spring on the Tracy LaRock Timberjack are made from W2 steel, which is highly revered for its remarkable edge holding properties and toughness. What's more, Tracy goes the extra mile to create a gorgeous wave pattern on the blade, reminiscent of the Hamon pattern on samurai blades.
This Timberjack features brass handles with a unique starburst pattern, which will patina beautifully as it ages with you. Custom black stainless steel screws and 410 stainless steel milled relieved liners complete this one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
