For this week’s community showcase, we are delighted to have Keith Dosik (@lemansblu) who is based in Leesburg, Virginia. Keith works in a knife and gear shop and is also a full-time student. If you ever wondered what someone who works at a knife shop will carry, read on to find out!

- Knife 01: Emerson Vindicator
I always carry a large folder to tackle larger everyday task. Most recently it's been the Emerson Vindicator! I love the ergonomic design and the incredible recurve blade shape.
- Knife 02: Great Eastern Cutlery #71 Bullnose
This is my backup and people-friendly blade. I use mainly it for smaller cutting tasks such as opening a package and cutting paracord. To me, the pairing of traditional and tactical blades is harmonious. Together, they can accomplish any cutting task.
- SAK: Victorinox Cadet
The Cadet is something in my carry that is truly an everyday piece. I can't leave the house without it. It rides in the Hitch and Timber wallet so it comes along with me everywhere I go. The most handy tools are the bottle opener and nail file for my girlfriend.
- Light: Foursevens Preon 1
This is my flashlight of choice because it’s a small AAA size light that puts out an impressive amount of lumens for such a compact package. I love how many modes it has and the unique blue colorway!
- Watch: Tag Heuer
This Tag Heuer Formula 1 is one of my most prized possessions. It was given to me by my father for graduating high school and I have had it on my wrist every day since. For years it's been a dependable and stylish piece of gear that will forever be on my wrist.
- Wallet: Hitch and Timber
This Hitch and Timber EDC wallet is my most recent acquisition! I love this handmade, USA source leather wallet because of the craftsmanship and cool pockets that can hold my daily essentials! I also happen to love the look of beautifully broken-in leather.

Pen: Fisher Space Pen
This is another everyday item that never leaves my side. It also rides in the wallet, and I use it to sign checks or the occasional receipt. Everybody knows the usefulness of a good pen! - Keychain: Knifelife Flight Tag & Custom Titanium Bead
Lastly, here is my keychain setup that has my BMW key, KnifeLife flight tag and a custom titanium bead made just for me!
Background:
My first introduction to the EDC community was through the EDCforums online. I found them because I was looking for people that had the same interest as me. Lots of people thought I was weird for loving knives and gear so much, so meeting and interacting with fellow enthusiasts was an amazing experience.
My first knife was a small Wenger Swiss Army knife and from then on I was hooked. I spent endless hours watching videos and reading about knives! This led to me working at a knife store where my knowledge really increased by leaps and bounds.
Instagram is also a large part of what got me into everyday carry, as I was a long time looker and admirer. One day I decided to give it a try and took a picture of what I was carrying! Now I have a good following and have made many good friends along the way.
Favorite EDC Tool:
My favorite item in my everyday carry is my Emerson Vindicator. It was a gift to me from my boss at the knife shop and I will always have it.
