OVERVIEW
Every piece we carry is chosen with care. Our standard is simple: the finest everyday carry gear, made to be used.
Much of what we offer is made by hand, in small numbers, from materials that show their history. Leather, brass, copper, and aluminum pick up light marks through the dozens of steps it takes to finish a piece, and slight variations in surface and finish are part of its character rather than a flaw. Carry it, and it will earn a patina that is yours alone.
Where a piece has a particular quirk, we note it on the product page. Those pages are refined continually with feedback from our community, and we encourage you to read them closely before you purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Should a piece not be right for you, we welcome returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original shipment date for items in new, unused condition.
For domestic orders, return shipping is complimentary. Refunds to the original payment method are issued in full. Original shipping charges are not refunded. International customers arrange and cover return shipping.
Choose store credit and we'll add an extra 5% on top of what you paid out of pocket. Any portion of the order paid with a gift card or store credit is returned at face value, and your credit never expires.
To be accepted, an item must arrive in its original, unopened packaging with all contents included and no signs of wear on the item or its packaging. A knife returned with marks on the clip, for instance, cannot be accepted.
Last Call pieces are final sale.
Please pack your return securely. Pieces damaged in transit cannot be accepted, and for packages lost on their way to us, we will need proof of delivery in order to assist.
