We stand by every single product we sell. We pay close attention to the small details to ensure a high level of quality control. Our mission is to bring you the highest quality everyday carry gear.
Having said that, minor cosmetic defects and/or variations in the surface and/or finish should be expected. Minor nicks and scratches are common when working with leather and soft metals like aluminum, brass, and copper. Because many of the items we sell are handmade, they go through dozens of handling steps, increasing the likelihood of minor cosmetic imperfections. But our high-performance EDC gear is meant to be used. You'll barely notice them as you develop your own patina over time!
We also do our best to communicate any potential confusion in the product pages. They are updated based on feedback from our customers. Please read through them carefully before making your purchase decision.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original shipment date for items still in new and unused condition.
For Last Call items, your purchase is final sale.
For all items being exchanged or returned, the original packaging must be unopened with all its original contents included, with no visible signs of wear and tear on the items, and its packaging. For example, if you ship us back a knife with signs of wear on the clip, we will not be able to accept the item.
Timeline
Expect a 5-7 business day window for returns to be processed. This is after the returned item is received. We're a small team. We're doing everything we can to process returns as fast as possible. Thanks in advance for you patience! If you have any questions along the way, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
For domestic customers, returns for store credit and exchanges are free. However, there is a flat $5 restocking fee deducted from refunds to the original payment method. Refunds and exchanges will not include the shipment cost of the original order. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery being provided to us. International customers will need to pay for their own shipping costs back to us.
Lastly, please use appropriate packaging material when shipping items back to us. We are not responsible for any damages to the items during shipment and may refuse the return when the items arrive damaged to us.
