We'll do our darn hardest to ship out your order within 24 hours.
Once we ship your order, we cannot change or modify your order. If you encounter any issues with your shipment such as delays, contact your shipping carrier directly.
Unfortunately, we have no control over your package delivery once it's in the hands of shipping carriers and cannot guarantee delivery times.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal US holidays. You can use our handy Tracking Portal to see the latest updates with your package.
DOMESTIC
We offer free shipping on any order $100+ within the United States. You can specify your shipping preference during checkout. We ship from Seattle, Washington.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship anywhere in the world through either UPS or Fedex. We do not ship via USPS internationally.
International orders may take longer due to processing customs information.
Please be aware of your own local laws! We are not responsible for any loss due to confiscated packages by customs in your country. Prior to purchasing, please do your own research on customs, prohibited items, restrictions and limited delivery locations via your shipping method. You can also refer to our Terms of Service for more information.
Also, international customers are responsible for all additional customs & brokerage charges. Please note that we cannot under declare the value of the packages or mark them as anything but merchandise. The value on customs forms will match the amount on your invoice.
Additionally, if items are returned to us because of lack of adherence to local laws or failure to pay additional customs fees, these fees will be deducted from your refund when applicable.
