Head of Customer Experience (Remote Location)

About the Job

We’re looking for an ambitious, outgoing individual to be our main customer advocate for Urban EDC Supply!

You’ll be an important core component to expand our operations on the customer experience side including both one-on-one support along with more broad community initiatives to build a strong brand loyalty.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with customers via email, chat, phone, and other social mediums to serve our community, and provide an extraordinary level of support and engagement to ensure that all our customers have a fantastic end-to-end experience.

You will also work with our team to kick off community initiatives such as giveaways, group-exclusive products, and gather feedback from our community to help shape the future of Urban EDC Supply.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with a demonstrated strength for problem-solving and building communities online. You should be detail-oriented and scrappy with strong written & verbal skills. Bonus points for a sense of humor and personality.

Additionally, we’re looking for candidates who are entrepreneurial-minded, and has a strong work ethic and sound judgment.

Requirements

Education level - University

Highly detail-oriented and organized

Knack for building communities online

Able to anticipate and be proactive in resolving issues

Able to segment our customer base and nurture relationships

Enjoys helping others and building long-term relationships

Strong writing skills is a must!

Remote position - location is flexible

Pay & Benefits

$5,000 - $6,000 / month

This is a paid contract-to-hire full-time position. Assuming the trial period goes well, an offer may be extended.
