The Banzelcroft Customs M.E.K., which stands for Modern Everyday carry Kiridashi, is an innovative take on the traditional Japanese Kiridashi which has been used for thousands of years.
Designed for versatility, the Banzelcroft Customs M.E.K. uses a standard utility knife blade that can be easily replaced if it gets dull or chipped. This solves the problem of your blade getting damaged by tasks such as stripping wire, cutting against hard surfaces, or cutting through abrasive materials. In addition, the thin offset blade allows for enhanced precision and accuracy.
An added benefit of the M.E.K. is that when you’re traveling, you can easily remove the blade and take your M.E.K. along with you on the plane. When you’ve landed at your destination, you can easily replace the standard utility blade and hit the ground running.
