Meticulously hand-rolled and hand-tied without the use of additives, glues, or toxins – each pre-roll is a labor of love. 100% machine-free, pesticide-free, and monoculture-free – the process begins with harvesting wild Ebony leaves in Bengal, sun-drying for two weeks, before being cut, shaped, rolled, and tied by hand.

The smooth and unique filters are made from sun-dried corn husks that are again, rolled and tied by hand. No paper, no card stock, no glue. Finally, the pre-rolls undergo a curing process which sets the final Herbal Goods cone shape and removes all remaining moisture. This is all done in an open flame clay oven.
