Designed and built in Hawaii by Don McLeish (who’s been referred to as the Picasso of flashlights), the McGizmo SunDrop 119V puts the sun in the palm of your hands. It runs on 1 - CR123 battery and features the signature McGizmo machining, which in other words, translates to utter perfection. 

The major difference between the more common 6V and 119V version is the use of High CRI Nichia LED (specifically the NCSL 119 H1) which renders colors more accurately. In the words of Don himself, the reason he embraces the 119V is because of its ability to be driven harder and provide more flux.
