Inspired by the "alacrán", the small and highly venomous species of scorpion found in Mexico – the Peña X Series Alacran packs a deadly sting. Following his ascent in the custom traditional knife world, Enrique Peña has expanded his scope to include tactical blades in his repertoire. Working in special collaboration with Garcia Knives and made by Reate Knives (who has proven time and time again their ability to produce some of the most exacting work), the Peña X Series Alacran is a compact yet highly dynamic utility folder. 

Equipped with a front flipping frame lock, the Peña X Series Alacran delivers rocket-fast deployment of its 3.5" flat ground blade that strikes the perfect balance between versatility and functionality. The elegant clip point blade shape excels at slicing cuts while the jimping on the thumb ramp allows for greater control and handling.

The titanium handles come with gently chamfered edges for extra comfort, while the sturdy frame lock and hardened steel lock face ensure rock-solid lockup. Ceramic ball bearing pivot riding on hardened stainless steel washers, pivot inlays that act as an overtravel arrestor, and a tip-up 3D machined titanium pocket clip completes this masterful package.
