Background:
Before shooting photography on his own, Tom was a photo assistant where he was expected to handle any situation and fix any problem on the job. Thus, his first foray into EDC gear was a Leatherman Wave. He chose this tool because of its versatility, something he needed for his work. From then on, Tom made it a habit to carry his EDC gear with him wherever he went.
Since then, he tells us that his EDC gear has changed up a bit but a few staples of remained. Now, he carries at least a knife, small Swiss Army Knife, multi-tool, pen and a flashlight. He carries his tools in a custom pocket organizer that he made for himself. Nice going Tom!
Favorite EDC Tool:
Although Tom has a fondness for all his gear, he tells us that his Leatherman is his favorite tool because it's so versatile. It can cover all the bases whenever Tom needs to travel light.
