Featured Tools:

Wallet: Arc Boulder Wallet
It's been a trusty companion for about 3 years now. I love how light weight the wallet is and the inner card slots totally eliminate the possibility of cards or cash slipping out. The two storage compartments are just perfect for my pen and micro tool. Also, I just like to support Mark at Arc Co. He's good people. -
Pen: Big Idea Design Mini Click
I never realized how much I could lower my own cholesterol levels by having a pen in my EDC. Ever stood in line, pen-less at the post office? 1/10 do not recommend it.
This was actually given to me by the owner of my company last year during the holidays. He's rad dude and the pen itself is excellent. Almost a year in with it by my side every single day, and absolutely zero issues. -
Flashlight: Olight Mini Baton 2
A flashlight is something that I started carrying recently. It never fails... If I forget it, I'll need it. This one has been great. I'll start really going down the flashlight rabbit hole eventually, but this one is fine for now. Plus, my wife LOVES it when I wear it on my hat (not). -
Knife: Spyderco PM2 S45 Sprint
My work in eComm operations is even split between office and warehouse and the PM2 just fits right in. The one handed open/close is an absolute must and when it comes time to roll up the sleeves and break down boxes with the fulfillment crew, this thing is a monster. I also love the sentiment of spending a lot of time with such a classic knife, it makes me feel close to the hobby I love during hectic days. -
Multi-tool: Leatherman PS4 Squirt
Favorite. Tool. Ever. Spring pliers, scissors, sharp little drop point blade, and a few others. Honestly, if I had to carry only one thing, it would probably be this.
Background
Knife collecting and EDC is somewhat of a rekindled hobby of mine. I spent the last decade and a half as a professional musician but LOVED knives and gadgets as a kid.
Somewhere there's a photo of me holding a massive sword at Disney World when I was like 4. About 8 years ago, I met a friend named Scott. Scott, to this day owns the most beautiful Paisley Chris Reeve Sebenza. I had never seen anything like it, and it started this childlike obsession all over again.
I love how makers of that caliber take a simple tool and fashion it absolute perfection. It's incredible to me the skill, patience and passion it takes to do that.
Fast forward a few years, I started to grow professionally in the eCommerce space and realized after a deal gone south that there was not a good, easy to use website to sell or buy knives on the secondary market that offered some protection for its users.
I talked it over with some other computer guys that are dear friends of mine and some of the most talented people you could ask for and in Sept 2019 we started to build Knafsale.
3 years later, we launched the site. It's a Buy-Sell user drive marketplace for Knife and EDC Enthusiasts. You guys will get to see soon how special it is. There are big things coming.
Favorite EDC Tool:
My Leatherman PS4 has a hold on my heart. Their "Wingman" model is a close second, it lives in my truck as my "just in case" knife. My wife is an avid gardener so she uses it often as well.
What's On Your Gear Radar:
Definitely the Big Idea EDC Wrench is next on the list. Such a neat idea.
