Can’t say enough good things! Love the Wed drops and customer service is as good as it gets. Best EDC there is and unique items that you can’t find anywhere else, and are well curated. Quality site. In all honesty, there is no substitute. If you want the best and for the best prices, somehow, join me on the weekly drops! Some of the heirlooms that I have acquired have done everything from sparking up a conversation to having my EDC collect literally raise in value at a higher percentage than inflation. Mostly, it's unique items that you won't find anywhere else and you certainly won't find better customer service from the bottom to the top. The owner himself cares very deeply and takes good care of what I can only call "art" pieces.

Urban EDC is a great company. I have bought from them on multiple occasions. They collaborate with some of the best makers and allow you to get some of those makers designs for as good a product for less because they offer high end production versions. They also have great custom pieces from the same makers. They ship fast and have great loyalty programs and fantastic sales.
Great Bay Area company! Their customer service is awesome. My first order from them had an issue and they went above and beyond no questions asked. I really appreciated this and I have continued to buy from them since. Their stuff is a bit pricey but the quality is there and the people that work there care. Plus they are a local retailer with stuff you can’t find anywhere else.

Urban EDC has been my first experience into the EDC gear and it’s been awesome! Not only do they have cool gear, but sometimes exclusive gear with their own seigaiha motif. They have the best reward program as well. Also there customer service is unmatched, with same day responses and if you have to modify or change an order they will do that promptly.
