Working in special collaboration with Reate Knives (who has more than proven their ability and credentials as one of the foremost knife producers), the Front Flipper Trapper has all the classic design of the traditional knives we all know and love, but with the unmistakable Peña treatment and attention to detail.
The satin-finished Bohler M390 steel blade features a generous belly and a pronounced but reinforced tip. This allows it to excel at everything from slicing to precision cuts. Running on ceramic ball bearings, it features a subtle front flipper for fast deployment, and nail nick that will please the purists.
The handle scales are machined from solid titanium for maximum strength-to-weight ratio while featuring an exquisite, traditional Japanese Seigaiha (wave) engraving which adds both visual intrigues while improving the overall grip and handling. A milled tip-up pocket clip completes this modern classic that exudes all the old-world charm of a traditional blade with modern, innovative touches.
