Background:
I've been into EDC ever since I was a kid. I've always loved fidgeting and messing around with stuff. My first tools were give to me by my father, who was into EDC as well. His love for tools certainly influenced me, and he was very pleased to see that I had developed a similar passion.
What's crucial for me is being prepared. Back then, the EDC scene was not as big or vibrant and there weren't as many choices. However, I still managed to find the smallest of tools from my toolbox and used to keep them with me. I've always liked knives too but my childhood collection was taken away because I ended up cutting myself way too often!
In my free time, I enjoy reading, horseback riding and basically taking things apart. I'll disassemble, reassemble and reverse engineer anything that I can get my hands on. I also enjoy smoking in all its forms including vaping, while hanging out with friends and having a laugh. My latest obsession is with luxury time pieces!
Favorite EDC Tool:
Of all the things on my valet tray, my favorite is my Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch. When my wife was 9 months pregnant, she went out of her way just to buy this watch for me because she knew I had my eyes on it. It was such an unexpected and pleasant surprise, and soon after she gave me a beautiful baby girl. Therefore, this watch is extremely special and holds immense sentimental value because it contains two of my most precious and favorite memories.
